Real Estate Career
Ernie began his career in real estate and insurance in 1985, buying their home with hard earned savings and then years later they were able to buy investment properties using his experience and knowledge in the real estate industry. He was exposed to property management, probate and trust situations as a result of handling family assets that were passed down through the generations.
Later on in his career he was recruited by a loss mitigation company to handle commercial and residential workouts for families having hardships. Ernie transitioned into the REO marketing world dealing with many east coast banks. He was recruited as Sales Manager, mentoring, motivating and educating many agents both new and seasoned at First Team SnS Real Estate, lucky them!
Ernie has extensive knowledge of Short Sales, Modification, working with probates, bankruptcies, divorces and is recognized as a specialist in these fields and many more. His extensive experience has enable him to skillfully negotiate any transaction, even the most challenging of personalities.
He has knowledge through experience of all procedures required of escrow holder, title company, lenders, buyer qualification, other affiliates to successfully close a real estate transaction. He has the unique ability to anticipate and eliminate anything that may impede the closing of a transaction, including the important phase of pre-qualifying a buyer.
